  1. of course you're biased towards the English players, Bellingham wont be going to Chelsea so you can cross that off btw. Enzo will be a elite midfielder in the future, bet you'd pay 100M+ to get Bellingham

  2. He’s a box to box midfielder that’s amazing against the press and can pass great movement very very gritty and would fit the PL

  3. "Good player, high price."

I honestly think with that same £120M, we could buy Declan Rice for nothing more than £70M. Make Zakaria permanent. Buy Matty Cash from Aston Villa (RJ cover), and still have money left over.

Then sell Hakim Ziyech(it'll hurt me), and keep CP10. We could use Chris properly from now on. Then incorporate the young talent that we have.

  4. What the hell have I just witnessed? I mean the whole point about Chelsea’s spending and the price tag being too high is valid to some degree but why do you put Fernandez Bellingham and Rice in the same bracket?

All top quality players but all different, Bellingham can’t shield the backline like the other two can for exemple, center midfield is more complex than that 😭

It’s obvious chelsea needs a massive overhaul in midfield, especially in the DM position as the last functional DM Chelsea bought was matic and left 5 years ago.

So signing either Rice/Bellingham/Fernandez doesn’t make sense as one of the three can’t play as a DM.

Chelsea have a ton of offensive minded 8s and no 6s appart from Jorginho who can’t run. Sensible thing to do would be to let Kanté and Jorginho go, and buy two functional DM’s; Fernandez/Rice and Alvarez is an exemple

  5. I am a Chelsea fan and I am not the biggest fan of splashing all the money again. We spent money on younger players few years ago when Havertz, Werner, Ziyech etc came in. Yes, we won the champions league with that team but I hoped that would bring some stability to the team. That obviously hasn't been the case so I wonder if anything will change in the future. I know we have Potter and Brighton staff come in which is a positive change but am still sceptical about it working out in practice.

  6. Completely overpriced. Looking at the price Liverpool just payed for Gakpo, yes much different player, but some may say that Gakpo has done more, at least for club. Enzo has huge potential and looks incredible and obviously this is just the way the market is going but anything over 70 mill is too much.

  7. He is a special player. The main reason why Argentina won the world cup. When I watch some of his passes I can feel like I'm watching de bruyne thinking "how did he see it"

  8. These been watching nanas play cricket… I'm geordie Enzo Fernandas jude Bellingham we could but its telling.g the ppl who speak for them… all the teams who got FFP…newcastle United havent…. + you telling the ambition to the future and they be there… be like Bruno… trippier

  9. Trust me, ive seen many many talent rising in Benfica, and this guy maybe is the one who is impressing me the most. He came from river in July, and had instant impact. The way that he plays is from someone who is playing at the highest level for years, cold reader of the game, has that south American raça and always consistent. Maybe he not worth 120M right now, if u want that 120M future player that arrived this summer u gonna pay premium

  10. 120 million euros converting to the sum of 105 million pounds at age of 21. He is a longevity singing with kante and maybe Jorginho leaving. We will go for another midfielder like Bellingham or Rice, with Zakaria in the midfield also we be good. Joao felix on loan is a possibility this January and I definitely think we need a replacing rb for Reece James. Don’t forget about Nkunku

  11. Fans always act like CFC money spent is their own money spent. Is Enzo a good player and will he help the team? All you need to worry about.

  12. How are the comments mad here? He's had less than half a season in Europe, done very well, but we've seen MANY players run hot and fade out after a wonderful year. So paying over £100m, without the english tax, to add to the squad quota, is a big ask.

Bellingham, Rice, etc have been quoted of being £100m plus due to their situations and placements in football. They're English which adds to the price, for an English club, Rice is from another PL team that has money, etc…

It's not 'English bias', it's an analysis of the situation as a whole, not just the ability of the player on current form and stature in the game.

  13. You’ve never watched him play, 120 million is crazy, but he’s a good player, and Liverpool can approach Jude Bellingham instead. Me personally, I would prefer Liverpool buy a midfielder like Manu Koné from Monchengladbach, amazing player and he’ll be a cheap and lowkey signing.

  14. Chelsea need Enzo Fernández more
Kante Injury Prone ,Kovacic future uncertain and Jorginho not yet signed a deal
Enzo Fernández plays as no.6/8 two positions in one .The fact that another top 6 side can trigger his release clause is possible.Chelsea shouldn’t allow to strengthen another PL side 😅

  15. Price and all,but Enzo is probably the best available talent at cm right now, even over Bellingham etc. If Potter wants him then I'm for it, and if he comes especially with our new recruiting process then I'm sure it will work

  16. Does this video need to exist? For typical narcissistic Chelsea fans I guess. Chelsea can't buy everyone and this sort of nonsense sums up the new ownership.

  17. I don’t think he’s worth 100+ but I think he is a special midfielder. Scaloni doesn’t give young players minutes unless they really deserved it. I don’t watch benfica week in and week out, but in the champions league against formidable opposition, he has looked amazing. Incredibly versatile midfielder. He played himself into that Argentina side before the World Cup even started. And like I stated before, Scaloni doesn’t give these guys chances unless they’ve really earned it. Lisandro Martinez was struggling for minutes and he was arguably Argentinas most in form center back coming into the World Cup. For me that says a lot about the type of player he is. Do I think he’s better than rice or Bellingham? Not yet. But I do think he’d be more available, and in the summer he will probably be cheaper depending on how west ham treat the Declan Rice situation
