We need 3-4 quality signings to be consistently competing for top 4 and couple of more to be realistically challenge for the title because Leicester like story happens once in a lifetime… We need quality in every position both in the starting XI and on the bench. But, FFP and PSR is definitely an issue because its not easy to generate £50-£60m from players sale while trying to compete at the highest.
