Parodia de la canción Juan Magán – Bailando por Ahi (Video Oficial) de la entrega del balón de oro al jugador español del Manchester City Rodrigo Hernandez,en la cual ha habido mucha polémica,ya que mucha gente cree que se lo merecía el brasileño Vinicius Jr. .Hacía 64 años que un español no ganaba el balón de oro,desde Luis Suárez en 1960. Tras muchos jugadores que se lo podrían haber llevado,como Raul,Xavi e Iniesta, al fin el futbol español se lleva el oro!

1. The purpose and character of the use: The use is transformative. Its meaning is different because it is a musical parody with the purpose of entertaining.
2. The nature of the work: They are factual works that happened in a stadium and that could have been filmed with a phone.
3. The amount and substantiality of the portion: I am not borrowing the 95 minutes of the game, but borrowing small bits of 2 seconds. The video in total is less than 3 minutes long, much less than 95.
