Site error

I’m trying to buy a shirt and need to complete my account details but this error continuously appears even though I’m using the US keyboard. I’ve also tried the UK one and also used an online text cleaner but still nothing seems to work. Do you guys have any idea how to fill the fields without this error to appear?
