      Not a fight I was hoping for or had even thought about, but I'm old enough to have seen their dads 2 fights, and i'm old enough to realise this is a cash grab gimmick fight, but i'm watching it anyway, let's go Eubank/Benn may the best man win and the fight be a great one.

      Can't see Conor cracking a tough nut? Hope I'm wrong, but Eubank jr is tough and experienced? Conor will give it plenty, but i think Eubank wins with a late stoppage, think Eubank Benn 1, sorry, but comparisons are inevitable…..

      I think everyone is over looking who benn has fought absolutely nobody of any merit. None have come to win none had any desire to win none were hungry,young or ambitious. He's not even won a British title. Eubank is battle hardered vastly more experienced and has better skills and a better chin. The hype train will be badly derailed on Saturday. 💯

      I Said when fight was announced.
      Jr will throw on average 15 punches a round and like daddy go into fiddling and fannying around, he’ll load up and hope to hurt Benn, he has no other advantage going into this.
      Problem is unlike Saunders and groves who are both counter punchers Conor won’t let him breathe,he better hope to connect or he will be ready to quit after 8

      Benn will show jr up for the fraud he really is!!
      Not the size of dog in the fight etc
      Aside from the flash knockdowns all of which Williams was never hurt by he lost that fight. Go back and watch, he hasn’t a genuine fight in him.
      Jr is as fake as his Louis Vuitton bum bag.
      Exactly like Sr, after Benn 1 he wanted no part of a genuine fight.
      The two Thompson fights when he showed tremendous heart and was then suddenly a fan favourite 🙄

      What about the shams with Ray close, Dan Sherry, roccagiani, schommer, holmes, both Collins, both Watson, he was a shell after Benn 1 and only reason he kept his 1 wbo belt despite dubious decisions is because he put bums on seats.

      Benn on the other hand win or lose came to fight, put it this way I know who I’d want in the trenches with me.
      The gladiator tv show showed who was really still a fighter.
      Benn will win this put any amount on it!!!

      Well, I want Eubank to win, just like I did with his dad, but not so sure he'll do it. I Like the Benn's too, think Connors gonna do well with his boxing, whatever happens here (which I think will end with junior shipping too many shots between 7 and 10 and the ref, perhaps prematurely, stepping in….)….but hey, we all know what opinions are like 😏

      We're already at the stage where everything has been said a million times by every pundit about this bout. Fathers attitudes, weight cut, weight increase, re-hydration clause, win/win for Conor, lose/lose for Jr. Need to have an original talking point at this stage. Plus, Bono's mum is a clown.

      The more I listen to Davies, the more I’m at a loss to understand what he really knows about boxing or where the insight is? Apart from clichéd narrative tangents, loving the sound of his own voice and name dropping. Catterall is the opposite, very knowledgeable; efficiently, effortlessly and modestly offers the key points that count.
