  1. But it is true, Phillips were overweight and the standard at City is pretty high, let this be a lesson learned, don't arrive overweight again. It is what it is and it is not like Pep did what Mourinho does, throwing the player under the bus every time something goes wrong. Big big difference.

  2. "why do we have to protect the player all the time" is the richest thing I've heard from anyone from this panel. Lol. Trent has been way off form and they've coddled his image 😅😅😅

  3. Dan is really trying to push whatever his narrative is on the other pundits. stop that Dan. you have been doing this lately. becoming very irritable.

  4. There’s no way Phillips gained 8 or 9 lbs . Maybe 2 or 3 lbs, really shouldn’t be a big deal, probably hasn’t trained properly with the National team since he wasn’t gonna play

  5. Dans right xD no Matter what he does, even if he scores 300 goals in one Game. He Will always be remembered as the fat one 🤣🤣🤣🤣 school yard rules!

  6. Dan sometimes forgets that English is not Pep’s native language. Just like Zabaletta can’t articulate nuances in his ‘punditry’, Pep isn’t the best to come up with English euphemisms that’d rub people like Dan the right way. Would Dan have been pacified if Pep had said ‘off target’ instead of ‘overweight’? Well, Pep wouldn’t be proficient in English well enough to do that.
