Arne Slot did exactly the same with Feyenoord in the championship year. Matches were won with difficulty, but there was a win. That’s why the team started to believe in it. Not only the starting 11, but also the bench. The team spirit then becomes really strong and they can turn matches towards themselves. Arne is a special guy! 🔒

Might be unpopular opinion but I still don't see this team as 'slot's' team, i still see this as Klopps team. While I take nothing away from Liverpool winning the league. Congratulations. Next season, we will see real answers to this question.

Its blows my mind that Trent is Liverpool's main source of creativity . What are the midfielders doing, such as McAlister, Gravenberch, and szobo. Isn't it their job to create? Elliot is Liverpool's only real creative midfield player, and he never plays.

Trent is unique, he cannot be replaced. He was our KDB playing RB. We should look for that creativity elsewhere on the pitch. A proper, creative LB might be a great option who could attack on the wing and provide the assists. For that we need better LWs than Lucho and Cody. Slot has to rethink his playing strategy for the next season. LFC has been found out since the dip which started from the Villa game in Feb (19th). Yes, LFC has been churning results ever since Feb 19, 2025 in the league but not with same comfort and confidence as the first half of the season. And one main thing to sort out is "what to do when Salah is not scoring or assisting? who is our assist provider and goal scorer?" – these questions are crucial (especially with Trent leaving).
With respect, if he leaves and we get paid, he has done us a solid as a LFC player. If he stays, he will eventually become a LFC legend. Either way, its win win. Unless he goes on a free, which he wouldn't do to his childhood club.
