  1. It was probably a pen, but I can remember many times in the PL where absolute certainties were given the wrong way against us. Were we lucky? Yes. Is it some sort of conspiracy?(As I've read on certain non-BFC forums) No, that's mental.

  2. With a new manager, new coaching staff, almost an entirely new squad and a completely new playing style in a new league you'd have thought at best we'd be in touch with the play-off spots at this stage of the season. The fact we're top and nowhere close to our potential, and with a transfer window looming to get someone to challenge J-Rod for his place in the team, things are looking very promising. Glad we haven't lost seven games already and only have a +5 goal difference from 11 wins, seven of them by a single goal. Project that forward and you'll do well to stay in the top 10 😏

  3. It did look like a penalty for Reading, and I'm a Burnley fan. As others have said though, we had some nailed on penalties not given in the Prem. Refs should get these right for all our sakes and help keep our blood pressure down!

  4. There are plenty of stone wall penalties that we don,t get so as far as im concerned the Reading penalty shout that was denied has evened things out…..TOP OF THE LEAGUE BABY…….
