Fact is it took Caicedo more than a year to get some form only recently this season he is doing better. His tackles are fine but he needs to improve getting into position and in lot other areas.. 2 years and he has 0 chances created or assists! Too much hype!!!! And the back line defenders totally horrible conceding goals not helping. Not worth 100M but if Saudi wants they should not be stingy and pay more they have no money issues. Lol. And Maresca he is bias towards the players he coached at Brighton another example Sanchez.

In my opinion, Maresca would make a good manager if he drops these stupid and silly attitudes of his,arrogance, drop the attitude of thinking because he once was at City, he thinks he knows it all,stop playing players out of position and experimenting with them at important games. If he grows over those tendencies then he will be a better manager next season. He already has improved on substitutions and hopefully he will improve on other issues too. My opinion.

Glad the exam went well and love the content, as always. Have to disagree on Maresca. We are high in the because of the football we played BEFORE Maresca got the team to implement his system. We seem to be creating a lot of opportunities but we’re not finishing any of them, and while I don’t think we can blame the manager for the finishing someone in the staff has to be able to find a way to unlock inability to score goals. We see games where crosses are going into the box but there’s nobody there to finish. And of course we have the situation where our manager keeps putting our number 18 in there. A player who looks like a spectator on the pitch. It’s either because he doesn’t know what he’s doing or he doesn’t want to be there or he doesn’t want to do what he’s being asked to do. So for me, there are lots of things I feel are wrong with our current manager and I don’t think a manager who was given the job of Chelsea manager, in my opinion primarily because he would be willing to go along with what the recruitment strategy was it has not worked well. In fact to be fair, we were in second place in spite of what the manager wanted us to do, not because of what our manager wanted to do. But I don’t think he’s gonna be sacked. I don’t like the idea that people think that keeping him will help with the stability of the team. I actually think keeping him will make sure that the recruitment team do exactly what they have been doing all along which is not providing us with a top quality striker, more importantly a natural striker who has proven pedigree. And remember our manager loudly and openly backed one of the worst goalkeepers certainly in Chelsea history and probably in the history of the top flight. And was happy for us to send the goalkeeper who helped us get all the way up to 6th last season send it to Ourfeeder club. A feeder club that look like they’re more likely to get Champions League football than we will.

Can Chelsea fans stop thinking that all football players dream about winning this and that. All football players want to play in Premier League or the biggest clubs. It was some time ago, not anymore. Do you know why Caisedo chose Chelsea ower Liverpool? It would be unthinkable in 1980s. Caisedo chose Chelsea because he is from a family of 10 kids. He is youngest and has 7 brothers and 2 sisters. He told himself – i need to look after my siblings. He will go to Saudi, Quatar, Moon, Mars, or Jupiter if they pay him enough money to help his family. We need to know that many football players today are playing not because they like sport but because it is the easiest and quickest way to earn money without investing in education. Times moving on, but some football fans are stack in the past and believe that guys play football for the love. They did when players were paid £100.00 a week. Not anymore.
