Hope he hits the ground running 👌
I think if he has an impact at the World Cup Eddie might consider him as a bench player to keep as he wouldn’t take a squad place but if he just makes a few appearances and does ok then I agree with the loan route
Thanks for this… saw a chart somewhere about points system for work permits/visas but can't find it anymore.. what I took from it though was that Kuol was way off enough to get his permits, playing for Australia would help enormously.. but don't think it was enough for him to be classed as an elite athlete and get an automatic pass though. .. also watched Toon Under Podcast interview his previous coach, was good and he and his family came over as well sound.. so regardless of level, I agree that the lad will likely need to be out on loan before he can play in Newcastle.. will be interesting to watch his development though!
I disagree the standard is not a different world between the a-league and Europe. Different playing styles but yes it may not be as good but it is still a competitive league. If you watch a game or two you’ll see what I’m talking about
Where have you been mate? Have you been quiet or has the youtube algorithm been shit?
Makes you look back and realise how class Wayne Rooney was
he needs to be loaned out to get a work permit. I see him going out to smaller European team like a Swiss or Austrian team
Less than 200,000 pounds, worth the risk
You're right, the A league is alright to watch, but I'd rather watch the EFL
