I agree he is the best he ever been for us, but it took him waaaay to long. Throughout this time his wage has been a massive overpay.
In other words, he is literally just fulfilling our expectations. Took him a few years to do so.

I mean yeah Frankie is as good as pedri, the problem was he got a mental block because they trying to make him to a player he’s not , Frankie is not busquet he’s more of a Xavi but he have a good, defensive plays and awareness, flick will revolutionise the cdm position dubbel controler

Frenkie is very different from Busquets, he is what a typical, modern day midfielder should look like. Barca and some of their fans are so obsessed with finding replacements for players like Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, etc. They are obsessed with finding a coach that could replicate what Cruyff's or Pep's Barca achieved with a similar style. They were stuck in the past. They were obsessed with having the starting eleven players who are all La Masia graduates; something that is supposed to happen naturally, but they were trying to force it. They would hold onto players who have passed their primes. These were some of the reasons:
why Xavi was never allowed to grow into the coaching job, but hastily thrust into one of the biggest jobs with little, or no experience, just because they were obsessed with out-of-date tiki-nonsense,
why Luis Enrique's achievements were not appreciated enough.
why players like Messi, Suarez, Busquets etc were held onto, even when they had passed their prime. And anytime the team performed poorly(like the 8-2 drubbing in the hands of Bayern where Messi and his cohorts were walking/strolling 80% of the time) , they were quick to blame Rakitic, Vidal, Dembele, etc.
Luckily, they found a Flick who never believed in that nonsense called Tiki-Taka. A coach who is determined to carve out his own path. A coach who is not concerned with having as many players as possible from La Masia, except those who truly deserve a chance. A coach who is not concerned about the number of Spanish players in the Barca's starting eleven.
They are indeed lucky that Flick is not one of those former Barca players who would be bent on achieving success with overrated Barca DNA, a term they have used to downgrade many players with exceptional potentials

I love your videos, but I think we hype up the players too much. They are playing exceptional football as a unit, and that's it for now. Let's rather praise the entire team and not individuals. They choked last season and I will only celebrate once the silverware is in our cabinet.

I disagree. Frenkie evolved himself. He observed why was Casado keeping on the bench, he observed what made Casado an asset then adjusted what kept him on the bench to match the asset of Casado. Now he is the perfect Barca midfielder in a double pivot, he still can't play single pivot like Busquet yet.
