Ansu was never the “heir to Messi”, but there was a big excitement about his potential. It’s obvious from the few times he’s played this season that he has a poor work rate and offers little of value outside of any above average finishing skills. Instead of coming on and working hard for 10-20 minutes he just cruises like he’s pacing himself to go 90 with maybe two overtime periods.
Harsh? Certainly. But facts are facts…

What does flick have against him? At least he could have tried to play him and see his improvements
Extend his contract with reduced salary & give him some minutes to prove atleast
He needs playtime how will he get better then? Even torre and pau gets more, what I think they perform in training that’s why and Barca now have too many stars, but Fati can play on the flank and as Striker and he is young so selling him maybe is not right after all, since he wore the number 10 it destroyed him totally
