      Martinez knows what type of guy Pennappe is…the way he treated Messi and Neymar with his ego earlier this season. He also commented about South American teams in the World Cup. Well deserved. Martinez is the type of guy who can humble these egoistic players. Noone comes at you for no reason.

      Its characters like Martinez which was required to counter opponents otherwise everyone was stamping on Argentina and non- European teams. Its his attitude that has won the world cup for Argentina. People forget that Mbappe had disrespected South American teams saying that they had easy opponents and were not on the level of Europe. So its balanced now.

      These pundits have got it all wrong. Emi Martinez targeted Mbappe because of comments he made about European teams having an advantage over South American teams teams in the upcoming world cup due to the kind of opposition they faced during the qualifiers to the world cup. Mbappe inferred that Teams in the CONMEBOL region are of inferior quality to those in the UEFA region. Martinez actually commented on that question a day before the world cup final and said "Mbappe does not understand football " if he thinks South American teams are of inferior quality to European teams.

      Martinez is probably just want to owned Mbappe after he scored 4 goals against him. His cockiness is quite funny actually considering that this could be the last world cup for most of his teammates. There’s just too many of the Argentinian current squad players that’ll go into retirement. Well Messi reiterate his commitment and maybe he will play in 2026 World Cup but he’ll be 39 then and it will be 48 nations group stage time will tell if the age will catch up with him. While this French team is still young and hungry even without Kante, Benzema, Kimpembe, and others they still can match the well stacked Argentina. So yeah congrats to Messi but shameful for Martinez.

      If Martinez´ speciality as a goalkeeper is saving penalties, then Mbappe sending 3 past him in one game shows who is better at their job when it comes to penalty shoot-out between the two of them….yes Argentina did beat France, but Mbappe beat Martinez…and this continual trolling suggests that Martinez just can´t let that go.

      You drammatising things guys! Thats part of celebrations and it is not a problem if he is a guy different from your expectations! He won plz let him celebrate his WC then you will have time to criticise him later😂 Remember in 2018 France team sang Messi a lot celebrating being able to stop him! Martinez and Argentina singing Mbape is the same thing as Mbape was a danger for them, therefore, it make sense to have a minute of silence for him since he was a threat to them and it is a relief they managed to win despite him scoring 3 goals!       Mbappe said south american teams had easier route to WC hence european teams have been winning the last few WC and he should expect something like this to happen when south american team win WC against his team
