It amazes me how someone who has delivered the best England results for over 50 years is lambasted and criticised so much. He's got incredibly talented young players at his disposal and future looks promising but what now? In football only winners seem to be considered any good. It's a bit ridiculous.

Sorry Gareth but you cannot complain about tiredness in the starting 11 when there are fresh, really good, unused players on the bench.
so if it was down to fitness, and you understand that you need to rotate not to mention with that squad depth before the knockout stage (like Spain did against Albania), then those tired legs are the gaffer's responsibility, can't believe he has the guts to say they gave it all yet blame poor fitness, basically England in a nutshell right there.
