  1. England have never really had a top 5 coach in the world before. Capello was successful but he was long past his best when he got the England job. Tuchel is a top coach and he has the deepest squad in world football. It doesn't guarantee him success, but England will actually have a pattern of play under him and he will not lose games like Southgate who didn't react to tactical changes by the opposition. England will now have a top tactical brain to go with the talent now.

  2. He is absolutely spot on, as a Newcastle supporter we had to really believe we could do it and we did.. Tuchel is a fantastic manager and I believe we can win something with himšŸ™

  3. The problem now for Angleterre is facing top teams in group stage and early knockout rounds. It can’t get any more easier for them to win something.

  4. Biggest compliment I can give to Tuchel is HE GETS IT. Clealry he loved learning the English game and won’t try and change our dna. If he got Southgate’s luck of the draws I’m sure he would have won us a cup. Hopefully he can stay here long and get us the big ones šŸ™

  5. Got to say it does still feel strange not having an English man managing the English team … however, Tuchel is such a great guy and talks sense, let's hope that translates to better football on the pitch

  6. Henderson gets scapegoated for making a decision to pursue the most lucrative deal for his family in the twilight of his career when he has been a passionate and loyal servant to England and Liverpool, at least all the people that matter put the respect on his name that he deserves

  7. All I took from this was that yet again another England manager being told who to select in his squad. Literally said people at the FA mentioning Henderson even though he originally didn’t think him..

  8. Brilliant coach, excellent manager, fantastic man manager. He was absolutely brilliant for us at Chelsea, and he will do the job for England…….he gets it all šŸ‘ŠšŸ¾šŸ«”šŸ™šŸ¾

  9. I liked Southgate as a personality but there was always a doubt that he was the right man to take us all the way. We have an elite coach now, we need to get right behind him and the team. There’s a long way to go and we will need some luck to get past big teams, but we can have full confidence going into this WC campaign that we should be right in the mix.

  10. Completely agree about Hendo, all you hear about with failing teams is 'no characters in the locker room', or 'no leaders', and then the same people crying when he brings in a leader.

  11. loved this bloke since he was at chelsea, and i don’t even like chelseašŸ‘šŸ»intelligent, passionate, encouraging and always looking to make things better and improve – top manager and we are all behind you
