Thing that shines with Declan is his level of sincerity. The way he speaks about Rihards Matrevics – even if this player was a jobber going through lower leagues, Declan still followed him and still has all of those memories that he can share fondly and can’t wait to see him again. That’s a top bloke right there regardless of his talent on the pitch. Worth every bit of 105M.
