My worst fear as a Portugal fan is that Roberto Martinez is the coach in the 2026 World Cup and I have to deal with this horrible play at a World Cup just like we played trash in the euros
Portugal are always passing the ball back afraid to make mistakes even when there is a wide open player up front its honestly shameful watching this.
im waiting until people actually realize that ronaldo is not good anymore, is below average… it hurts but is the true, he doesnt touch the ball more than 5 times per game, we had a good oportunity to score on the start of the first half and he couldnt even dominate the ball and we loss the entire attack

Antonio silva cannot play! I would prefer João Palhinha instead of him at the center back… Roberto Martinez is as worst as Fernando Santos, and he is destroying the generation!! Vitinha is too slow when we need goals, Bruno must be benched and you need Trincão/Conceição too feed Ronaldo something. Let’s see how in Sunday this plays out!
I agree why Portugal 🇵🇹 team plays allways stupid back passes…why can we not play like Spain as a perfect example with quick passing and forward moving passes..no side fck passes..and to slow to predictable..they have top players..but no fucking good style of play..we need fast passing forward movement..
I also would like to say if Ronaldo even now played for Spain..woth that style of play he would be in scoring goals so much even at is old age..the problem is the style of play..I also hope Mourinho or Jorge Jesus to coach our National team..it woulb fck top!!!.

Even when Martinez was appointed Portuguese people were cautiously pessimistic but he has not given us any confidence. I find he'd rather go with players that aren't playing than those who are playing well in the Portuguese league. Its sad to see players like Trincao or even Pote and many more barley get a chance. I'll be honest, I rather Portugal lose to Denmark to move into a new direction. Especially with some of youngsters coming through the ranks like geovany and mora

We lost because we played Ronaldo. It’s been obvious to me for a long time that there are players on the team that are sick of Ronaldo. He is too selfish . Remove Ronaldo and watch this team blossom but the coach does not have the courage to remove Ronaldo. Ronaldo plays when and how he wants . He’s a cancer on that team . Wake up people
