      Sterling is fast, good in one-on-one, and can hold the ball really well (he won the most penalties in PL history). His problem has always been finishing, decision making, and confidence. If Tuchel fixes that it would be a bargain

      I'll continue to say it. The problem is not these players. The problem is Tuchel's football pattern, as in the playing pattern he enforces… Sterling will still struggle

      If Sterling is to succeed at Chelsea, then TT needs to move on from the back 3 formation. He has grown to have a love affair with that formation, when in reality, it's been a pretty stale formation that has solely relied on wingbacks to get the ball up the pitch or create any chances. The wingers Chelsea currently have are shit but at the same time the system doesn't really allow them to do very much. They rarely get the opportunity play out wide because of the wingbacks, hence why the front 3 is always bunched up in tight areas with little space to create anything. He needs to move back to a back 4 and give the wingers more space to create by cutting inside or playing out wide. His philosophy definitely needs to be more direct as well (WAY too focused on keeping possesion) because the football has become very non-threatening. 433 would be the formation to go to imo. Not to mention, if he's serious about integrating Gallagher into the first team then he needs to go with a formation that has a midfield trio.

      not gonna lie here this is a very good signing but there's things about sterling that drive me crazy such as the dives and he can be very selfish sometimes, which could be good or bad for an attacking player but idk man the decision making gotta be better at the top top level, lets see how thus turns out its def exciting to say the least.
