Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has confirmed that Cole Palmer will undergo a scan after missing the Blues’ 1-0 loss to Arsenal due to a muscle injury. The 22-year-old, who has been struggling for form with no goals in his last 10 appearances, sustained the injury during training, ruling him out of the Emirates clash. Maresca hinted that Palmer is unlikely to join Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for the international break, suggesting that this setback might provide him with much-needed physical and mental rest.
