You might want to do weights on a separate day from your heavy bag/boxing workout. Doing those presses before hitting the bag might cause enough of a "pump" or overlap that your technique could drop. Other than that, your power and "pop" are there. I can see why you have a high KO rate percentage. Best of luck!
