So many millionaire players are average. The reason is because they are millionaires.
What has rashford actually done….he has run a little but more, not scored…..he is still absolutely over rated and should not be anywhere near the England team….all he has done is run away from the pressures of playing for the biggest club

This is one of the reasons England will never win the world cup. The way the English journalists hype up players, I don't get why Marcus will ever be considered for England when he has just been better than what he was playing for Man Utd considered he's coming from a low base.

If you want guarantees of your loaned-out player scoring against his parent club in various competitions then don't farm them out on loan in the first place, Simon.

Reports say Tuchel has liked Rashford for a number of years, so I'm expecting him to make the squad but whether he deserves to is another thing!
I've got to admit I haven't seen too much of him at Villa.
I saw his debut against a tired, injury-hit, 2-0 down Spurs side and although he made a few exciting runs, every cross or shot he hit seemed to bounce off a defender. I also read that he'd been average at best in the two games Villa played before Wednesday.
The fact he's only started one Premier League game for Villa suggests Emery doesn't think he's been world-class.
It probably isn't a coincidence that his two best performances this season have been against Barnsley and a 10-man Brugge!
