      I do disagree vehemently with you on this because statistically effective playing time in soccer can dwindle down to 50% of the 90mins schedule. That is ridiculously low and for FIFA not to do anything about that for a very long time is mind boggling, so I think this is a step in the right direction in addition to time added after stipulations.
      The rest of the world makes judicious use of time unlike Africa, so the argument of where are rushing to is a non-starter in my humble opinion. This change will increase the effective playing time in soccer way above 70 percentile and that can only be good for the game we all love
