It’s so interesting that a 1 billion pound building can be afforded to serve 100.000 at a time. They will need them to spend 10.000 each to make it back. That’s less than 17 season tickets per fan. So even if the season ticket was the ONLY added revenue which is is obviously is not, t’s only a small part of all the economic activity in the area. Meaning if they can double their money with commerce easily, meaning they could break even in 8 years. Also a third of OT is not season tickets, meaning more expensive. Honestly I think they might be RAKING IT IN after 5 years already. The Glazers are so used to broken economics where they just milk the world dry, they didn’t even consider this gold mine staring them in the face because they didn’t want to work for it. The American Empire is truly dying.
