I've been watching him since he was 15! I don't understand the Kante Comparison. Kante was 25 years old when he joined CHELSEA! Caicedo just turned 23 years old. Caicedo BODIES Kante!!
Ive never doubted Caicedo was this type of player, i saw plaemty of him at Brighton dominating the midfield againsdt top teams , i felt I i waa alone defending Caicedo last season ,,cause i know it takes a little time to get used a totally new environment, I'm not surprised Moi is doing gereat, I'm one of his biggest supporters since he played the Under 20 Copa Libertadores finals aganist Enzos River Plate and Moi won that game. So i knew he was special since then.
Caceido is truly a world class player and invaluable to this team

First thing i think is, the new Kante, never thought we would replace him, but dare i say it, Caicedo is better.

All the players have bennefited because of Marescas tactics, sad to say but Poch was not a good goach. As Moi said, all he had to do was run run run… now it’s not just that. Chelsea have clear tactics and game plan coming to every game.
I rated Caicedo highly from the first time saw him @ Brighton. I know he would only get better & better.

Caicedo is actually being wasted as your most defensive midfielder. He is far more dangerous pressing up the pitch with his directional tackles turned into attacks. His vision and passing is so underrated. Two things need to happen to see the best version of Caicedo and by extension of Chelsea. One Fernandez needs to drop lower on the pitch and be more of a defensive and distribution help than trying to score like a 10. That’s Palmer job. Also Palmer needs to stop dropping low and taking the ball from Caicedo’s feet to do nothing with it. Those 2 things happen and Chelsea will really take off.

We were all mad at Caeceido's performance because we have had Makelele, Essien, Balak and Kante extremely good midfielders up there. But this season, Oh mine! Maresca, a midfielder himself, has transformed him and is even better than when he was in Brighton. He is now up there and possibly becoming the best midfielder in the Premier League. Forza Caeceido!

As an Ecuadorian I never had a doubt about Caicedo, this kid has many similar qualities as Kante even outside of the pitch, he’s humble, does not like the spotlight, gives it his 110% each and every time, disciplined and rigorous with his responsibilities as a professional footballer. I remember when Caicedo was 14 years old in Independiente del Valle’s youth academy, they interviewed him bc they had already seen his performance and potential, he stated at that age that when he had an opportunity he would always watch N’Golo Kante and how he played on the pitch, tried to replicate it and even go above what he saw from Kante. Now if you look at his style of play specially on ball recoveries he has identical style from Kante. The reason I believe he may be able to surpass Kante by the end of his career is simply bc Caicedo at 22 years of age now 23 he just turned a few weeks ago, is already replicating N’Golo Kante’s numbers during Kante’s prime playing in the Prem!

remember liverpool matched the price that we were going to pay,it was up to him what club he wanted to go to,liverpool could not understand why he chose chelsea,i have to say i thought he would choose them,he is way better now,just needed time,think he will get even better.

We can't do anything without Caicedo. He is up there with Palmer for sure and I hope he stays fit. I saw him struggle but I blamed it on pressure, I opined that he should've played with Kante to help him gain confidence but he clearly didn't need that. All he needed was little time.
