A Madrid court has sentenced Bayern Munich star Lucas Hernandez to serve a six-month jail sentence for defying restraining orders. The footballer was arrested in 2017 after following a violent altercation between him and his girlfriend.

what this misses out is the restraing order and community service were ordered by a Madrid judge, for both of them because they both were so toxic to eachother. And now Madrid media tries to spin him as a rapist, to get him fired for denying offers from the Spanish giants.
