Pompey fan here. Delighted with the win but I know a lot of Pompey fans want Leeds to go up. Quality team who had an off game today. Proper fans too. Good luck with your automatic promotion push.
It’s alright, unless it starts becoming a trend and we slip away from automatic promotion. I can’t do playoffs again 😭😭.
Farke leeds looked knackered .leeds got out muscled again and again and again.
Sheff U are -2 points so no matter how you look at it Leeds are second.
You're not as strong as you think and it could easily be play offs for you again.
The difference between Leeds and sheff U and Burnley is leeds dont find a way to win when it truly matters.
Daniel is such an honest manager.
Start rotating the team more and make your subs earlier.
Stop using the same players out of form over and over.
Have a decent plan B and not throw everything at once and hope for the best.
And finally drop the "best goalkeeper" in the league !!!

Leeds are a top team and probably should have won comfortably. Having said that Pompey are grafters and have made themselves hard to beat.
Leeds have now won just 2 of our last 13 Championship matches that kicked off early this can't be coincidence preparation must be all wrong. And @ Daniel Farke it's about time you used your squad and change it up abit.

Worst player on the park was the referee. Tanaka had a poor game, getting caught in possession several times. We need to show more desire to win a game. Bad day at the office today. Move on and win all remaining matches.
Out of all the pundits only Farke is deluded that Leeds was not the worse team, but he would say that

They were lucky to put away their goal but we were u nlucky not to put our goals away…more chances that we had…well done pompey..

If he's a PL referee I'll eat my hat. Blatant penalty, he hacked the back of his calf, and there is the ref right there needing his seeing eye dog. Ogilvie makes a challenge studs up on Meslier, nowhere near the ball, that's a straight red card. He was nowhere near the ball, not even a yellow for that when it was a straight red. I don't care what jumper a player is wearing, you go in deliberately sliding studs up and make contact it's a red card. The referee was incompetent and atrocious.
As for Leeds, they couldn't ice one of the clear 5 chances they had. Schmid saved the game for Portsmouth. A for effort for Portsmouth, they scrambled and applied pressure for the full 90, but Ogilvie should've been off-dirty player. Argue all you like, I hate dirty players.
Why does he persist with aaronson over Gnonto?
I would rather have Gnonto playing out of position and playing instead of Aaronson and we really have missed Ampadu.
If that challenge on Dan James was in the second half then the ref would have gave the penalty.

The referee Mr Rob Jones has proven a point that he can't ref without var as he doesn't have a back bone to make a blatant decision , it shows that English referees are the worst in the game of football, END OF
What a great honest assessment, I thought we deserved something out of the game and certainly rode our luck at times. Leeds will 100% be promoted with that squad, and on another day yo batter us 5 or 6! Decent set of fans too, in and outside the ground 👏

Great game to watch. Disappointed Leeds didn’t win but Portsmouth were the better side and deserved the win.
Counting down the matches until he's gone. Last season enjoyed 45 mins v dog botherers, Ipswich, 15mins v Leicester and Norwich play offs. This season Cardiff, h Watford a Coventry a. Negativeball and that keeper being picked has cost us. This league should have been won by now

Try changing the game a bit by making subs before your ridiculous 70 min mark every game. It's so predictable. And play Gnonto as a 10 instead of Aaronson now and again pls

XG never won anybody anything Daniel! Goals win games and we don’t have a striker- that’s your fault. We don’t have a decent keeper- that’s your fault. And the Team think they’re stars- that’s your fault too. Weak minds, poor quality and a real lack of desire. Second to every ball, poor passing, no bite, no aggression. Leeds are falling apart AGAIN and in,y one person to take the wrap for that.
Leeds playing against 12 men yesterday, blatant penalty not given by referee. Ridiculous kick off time just to accommodate TV. Bizarre.
Some days it's not your day. The penalty not given, and the Pompy goalie was really on his game. Its disappointing as a Leeds fan, but roll on Wednesday and our game with Millwall. But it certainly makes the top of the table interesting especially if you're a neutral . Just can't do play offs again. Please, my little brain can't take it😂
