Pretty much spot on -everyone including the Sky commentators could see what was happening and were wondering why Farke didn’t make changes . It needed drastic surgery as we were getting overrun . Bit harsh on Solomon -as they had done their homework -and were doubling up on him and shepherding him inside. Suited them especially with their narrowed pitch!
Ger, teams lose games even teams at the top lose from time to time, it is the manner of how we lost that worries me, it was lacklustre and arrogant, thinking we just have to turn up and win.. a lot of players hid no movement ..Sadly I predicted back in Oct that Sheff Utd and Burnley would go up auto and Sunderland would win the playoffs, I am still praying I am wrong, but we have seen this before.. A lot of players were fighting with each other.

Pompey fan here, great review of today, how that wasn't a pen first half is beyond me, we got away with one there. For the majority of Pompey fans we would of been an estatic with a point before the game. My opinion is Farke picked a negative team. We were so slow why is because Gruev not progressive. But all of them were not up for it arrogance is it I hope not. Farke constantly talks about squad rotation but its non existent, he only changes the starting 11 when there is injuries, and its nailed on he will pick the same team against Millwall, who are the only team to win at Fratton Park this season. Aaronson has been poor for weeks yet he is probably the first name on the team sheet. Why is Gruev playing in front of Rothwell?

Good summary Ger, but we know Farke will not make changes he is not capable of making changes that can change a game and I put the poor game squarely on the manager what exactly do they do at training with the time they have spent together they should be on top of there game, it's time to make changes but that will not happen.
My team for Millwall would be Darlow, Schmidt, Rodon,Struijk, Byram, Tanaka, Rothwell, Ramazani, James, Gnonto, Joseph, unfortunately because we did not spend in winter window we have no choice at CB and those two so not instill confidence in me both are very slow when turned around and I think to many players are complacent due to poor game management, I think if Farke does not change his ways with subs that will be to our detriment, time these players realise nothing is certain and you have to perform every game, and I blame Farke for that for not making changes, we got too carried away by going unbeaten in 17 games and it came back to bite us on Saturday, if this club wants Premier League football then attitudes need to change real fast or we will be be promoted, and now other managers know how to beat us

We have three more games with lunch time kickoffs. We average about 1 point per game for those. Meaning, we absolutely HAVE to beat Millwall. Otherwise we're going to have to win nearly every remaining game just to get to 95 points. This is all starting to have that feel again Ger, quite honestly can't believe we're on the edge of history starting to repeat itself.

Hi Ger, I know you've digged out Solomon which is fair, but Aaronson has been non existent for nearly 10 games now and no sign of him ever been dropped. For such a key position to just keep playing the same player who isn't offering anything has got to affect us, especially when other performances drop.
