Tbh we need a top class striker who can bang in at least 20 PL goals a season, my pick would be between Ronaldo(35), Kane(26), Lewandowski(31) or Immobile(30) or if we really want to break the bank Mbappé(21). Any of them 5 and Sancho and we could have a really good chance of winning the league, but I also think we need a solid CB like Koulibaly(28), Skriniar(25) or Varene(27).
