      We do not need him he is awful. Supporters keep putting their trust in Hojlund and hes scored 12 goals in 45 appearances. Zirkzee has scored 3 and assisted 2 in 5 and he isnt get a run of games? You cannot tell me Zirkzee is shit he is just being overlooked. Rasmus is definitely shit though.

      Besides all the stats and watching him play, people see the media stories and tend to forget that he’s been assed through the French academy system which is easily one of the best in the world. A player they deem as not good enough is still a fundamentally good player.

      Rasmus Houjland on the other hand severely lacks the basic fundamentals every striker should have. His striker game is absolutely anaemic.

      Maybe he's not significantly better than Højlund, but could fit the players around him more. Højlund is more of a poacher trying to fill the shoes of a big target man at age 21, way too early for his physique to have fully developed. Højlund can't really dribble and he wants the ball delivered to him in the box rather than having to move out wide or below to do hold up and carry the ball for others to go past him. I feel like his development has been stunted by making him do everything the modern game demands all at once. Instead of enhancing his finishing and box presence to the premier league level, he came in and started working on doing everything but shooting with teammates that would do everything around him but create.
      Amorim wants a striker that will attack the channels with pace and can carry the ball well and that's probably not going to be Rasmus even after 4 more years.

      We can’t complain that Muani is scoring the chances you’d expect him to score when Rasmus isn’t scoring the chances you’d expect him to score. Why is everyone so snobby about this guy, we’re not gonna bag a worldie mid season 😂

      11 goals in 54 apps he is not a good goalscorer even in ligue 1 he is struggling to score like mctominany has matched the same amount of goals in just one season

      I don't mind if it's only until the end of the season, but for the long term, he's not far from our striker, especially for a striker who likes to dribble. In the premier league right now, the only striker who can dribble and still produce is Isak, that shows how hard it is, especially for a possession base team. we need player who can score 20-30 goals every season consistently.

      We would keep Rashford & Zirkzee to at least till the end of the season to see if they will improve on their focus, fitness & sharpness!

      Mainoo & Gernacho needs to knuckle down otherwise they should be replaced by Doue & Nune Mendes!

      It's so funny how you can be objective and honest with your analysis of muani but whenever you assess your favourites like hojland and garnacho all objectivity goes out the window and you either ignore their obvious flaws or make excuses for their lack of ability. Do better AJ!

      I always see Hojlund making good runs and getting in good positions but his teammates keep delaying the pass.. WHY??? Until they stop blithering with forward passes, even Gyokeres will fail to score in this team..

      From your analysis he is not the right profile unless he has something else you did not mentione in his locker. The striker needs to hold up play and pass properly to build attacks. It is important to make the right runs into box

      A striker is not a priority at this moment. We need a LWB, a DM, CM, LCB. Final third patterns are not a priority for Amorim as of yet. We need to short out build up play, central progression first. More phases of the game need urgent attention more than final third. What we seeing now is improv from players and coachs alike.

      Højlund is 21, should be a second striker and continue developing his craft. He has the shown that he can be a student and learn and develop. He's shown improvement in hold up play, turning defenders and drawing them out of position. However we do need a experienced cf to alleveiate pressure and assist in goal scoring. Which can be done without rush and funds availability in the summer. Right now the club is in a financial situation.
