I like Malacia. Real honest player but don’t think he was the at the quality required even before his injury. Defo don’t see him as a wing back but would be delighted to be proven wrong

I thought. Ups and downs but showed tenacity, pace, good energy levels, and as Jay says, he lit a fire under Shaw.

i loved how aggressive he was. i preferred his play style to shaw. and i hoped when shaw was having a bad game that he would be subbed off for malacia. he was young and i wanted him to grow into being our starting LB. i took to him better than the likes of alex telles. now it seems its amass' time though

Here is a wild idea, sell injury prone players we have and don't buy players with previous long injury records. As malacia had one before joining Utd, thats one of the reasons we got him for cheap.

United should have NFL level of knee surgeons on the payroll. They can get ya back quick and the knee you hurt usually comes back better than your uninjured one.
This kid could have been ETH best signing if not for his injuries. Unlikely to reach the top again but he was cheap though so not a big problem. Hope he recovers well and remains fit

I do have endless empathy for Malacia, when he first started playing I was excited by him and thought what's he gonna be like in 5 years jesus we could have a player here. Fucked by injury and off pitch shit. Hope things get better for him on and off the pitch as soon as ❤
