Fisher has been excellent, in how he's developed this season. Great to see an old fashioned type fullback when it comes to tacking…although Stacey can do that too. Now they're working on his crossing, please, please, please work on his shooting. I don't think he's ever had a shot that hasn't been shanked one way or the other. A non scoring fullback isn't a massive issue, but he does find himself in quite a lot of shooting positions. Composure on shooting would be the icing on the cake, for a young lad with a promising looking future.
Sorenson is a better footballer than Marcondes.
As Buendia did with Villa, I think we need to work on Sainz, Sarge and Nacho to get them to extend their contracts. Just so that we have the chance to reap some reward for their development, should they move on at the end of next season.
Admittedly, those players might prefer to move on a free, to get that bigger signing on fee/salary, which would be a fly in the ointment.
I’d like to see Sarge stay, but if he goes I’d sell him abroad to Spain or Italy he won’t get injured as much out there.
Fisher has had an excellent season, but he has had a couple of bad games. QPR away and Derby at home stand out when I’d have put Stacey on quickly. He’s going to be amazing in the future.
Mahovo is doing very well. He has been caught too high up the pitch once or twice and I wish he didn’t cut in every time to the edge of the box instead taking the ball to the touch line. However, we have a rough diamond there.
May be time Chris to address the prediction you made in the Gunn Club before the Derby match. Wasn’t it 7-0….!!!
Sargent will want to get run to stay in form for the US WC next year. I believe that is a plus for Norwich's chance
I think West Ham, Leeds, Brentford or Fulham could come in for Sargent as well as MLS teams! Contract till 2028, minimum 30 million please 😄
Much rather sell Sainz, give Nunez a big boy contract and build around Sargent and Nunez 🔥
Our team can 100% compete in the prem. But if Duffy and Gunn keep passing it at the back then we 100% can’t. Duffy and Gunn and Sorensen are the ones making us loose games. Against Preston awful pass at the back by Gunn. Penalty against against derby Sheffield United and now against stoke.Awful clearances by Duffy in so many games. And sometimes our defence try’s to hold onto a 1-0 Lead. Sargent Sainz Nunez fisher Marcondes are prem quality

It's unbelievable how some Leeds fans have somehow delusionally manipulated and convinced their tiny little minds that Piroe is better than Sargent 😂😂🤣🤣
An odd and somewhat funny thing is, about 80% of Norwich players who left the club for a supposed better club, ended up flopping as soon as they left us.
Jamal Lewis was barely getting any game time in Newcastle and ended up being in the Brazilian league.
Ben Godfrey isn’t wanted by Everton at all and was sort of responsible for a few major goals that Everton leaked
Buendia while may of had a great start at Villa, they don’t want him anymore ever since emery came in
Andrew and max Aaron’s had little to no game time and ended up getting loaned to clubs oversea (you could argue that was our fault since we apparently wanted them out)
Idah is missing loads of chances but Celtic always forgive him
Jonny Rowe…tbh I hope he can come back and rebuild his reputation here since he’s been given up by Marseille at this point
So really, we shouldn’t be selling our best players like Sainz and instead offer them contract extensions with wages similar to dimi and ben Gibson. I’m sure we can offer that

Sainze playing more inside along sarge with both Dobbin and juresek on the flanks is the future. As is Cordoba at left cen half superb Saturday. Fisher will play for England no doubt. Lousian again will probably join him if his progress continues. Crnac like sarge will come good and I think he has already shown that this season. And well done jack for highlighting Sorenson very solid performance and made the absence of Kenny insignificant. 💛💚👏👏
I am absolutely not convinced by Slimane, but hopefully it’s just a fitness issue atm
I'm an American, and I hope Sargent does leave, sorry, but my biggest hope is he goes to a mid level prem club like West Hampshire, Brentford, etc.
Leeds will be in for Sargent 100%
Sergeant goals are very much the same. Our system of play puts him in identical situations, which he scores from. Would he thrive in other sides. I'm not sure.
We’re missing a trick with another stat XC – ‘Expected Clangers’. Norwich in the last few seasons have had variable XG and XP but should be credited for maintaining a high XC over several consecutive seasons.
47:53 all well and good him being excellent for 95% of the season but the other 5% has cost us about 6 goals😂
I appreciate Norwich's love for Sargent and would love for him to stay with you guys. Unfortunately i think his time has come whether it's to move on up to the Prem or back to Germany he's going to have to up his game if he wants to be in the WC squad
Sorenson really pleasantly surprised me Saturday (I was disappointed he started rather than Wright if I'm honest). I thought he was a very good McLean deputy and looked significantly better than Slimane on the day.
If we don't get promoted he will be an asset to have in the club much like Hernandez. We cannot rely on heavily avoiding injuries and suspensions in midfield.
I would have said he had no chance of a new contract before Watford and Stoke mind you!
