This week on Saturday Social, Smithy & Joe are joined by Culturecams and Nieve Petruzziello. It’s been just over one year since INEOS partial takeover of Manchester United, so we decided to assess whether different areas of the club are better or worse under the new regime.

I recall the days when United fans were laughing at Chelsea fans last season… That's why I don't and never wish ill-will on others…
Karma is real.
useless Female presence Aa usual
Stop getting youtube reds from London to represent United fans with the same boring takes. More Nieves less youtubers.
Who signed Casemiro? £350000 for a guys in 30s is insane.
What is the need for sky sports to lie about player prices when it’s United😂
The chido obi thing is wild, paying a 17 year old 30k a week after 6 months of u21 football is part of the problem for United. More than Kvicha was on at Napoli. Better technically gifted players like Nwaneri opted to stay despite lucrative offers. Most chido goals scored in u18s where he was way more physically developed – when joining the u21s he found it harder to score goals. hope he has a good career though good luck to him!
Our transfer windows last summer was one of our better ones just for the wages alone it’s better none are on crazy wages
15:00 Neve saying that united fans should be concerned by Amorim because the results have been "that bad". 7 wins, 3 draws and 4 losses since January. In contrast Arsenal have 7 wins, 4 draws, 3 losses since the start of January and no one is talking about how Arteta is the wrong manager.
There’s no point in this cause the majority off the team will change with transfers in 3 seasons maximum
Ineos have been an unmitigated disaster for united both on and off the pitch.
United have no money, few saleable assets, and the players they want to sell aren't leaving without their contracts being paid up.
Amorim talks a good game, but he doesn't play one… united have been awful under him. Not that it matters because united can't afford to fire him.
This season's been bad, but next season could easily be far worse.
We are still going to suck if we have to pay 50m dividend every year. Just imagine getting the money to sign a kdb caliber player, got taken out from the club for dividends, for two decades. Thats 1 Billion gone.
I think the important thing is the players that theyve gotten rid of and there's more to leave. Clear out before rebuilding
WHY should Casemiro or others leave United to lose out on a lot of money, to help a club that doens´t want them around.. Respect to Casemiro to want his money…
Utd are a Wish version of City.
ANOTHER Man utd vid, what's that? 10 in a month. great stuff
INEOS are the best owners in world football.
Wasting over 25m on failed managerial and staff recruitments whilst delivering brutal cuts to staff and charities whilst plunging to the worst league position in recent history. Summed it up in my vid but the only saving grace is that they already had a near impossible hand, but the question is what HAVEN’T they got wrong, rather than what have they.
when a manager go to a relegation team most of the times you just try to defend and hit people on a counter but if Amorim had done that at united iam sure that we could be bashing him for the same now also people talking about Moyes he was here and did nothing.
Poor assessment of the situation at Manchester United from this show. First of all, the signings have been the biggest positive if you look at the availability and consistency of players signed, such as Ugarte, de Ligt and Nous, all of whom have been reliable in comparison to players signed previously. I think Zirkzee could improve, but is definitely not a clinical finisher, Heaven and Yoro are young with promise. As for Dorgu, his games to date have highlighted further the need for at least 18 months of a mobile and versatile left-footed player on that side. As for INEOS, there is a lot more to fix, which either requires a greater financial commitment or the Glaneos need to sell the club. I do think the majority of United fans believe Amorim can bring United back, but he needs TIME and PATIENCE to implement his way of playing. His time at Sporting and Braga were not overnight successes.
I actually think United is in a far better position this season than before. It might seem weird but we now have a board that rectifies mistakes. Giving ETH an extension was a mistake. Signing Ashworth was a mistake. Rectified! Remember, this costs wouldn´t have been a problem for united if the Glazers had´nt sucked the club dry for 20 years. Ineos have to make som horrible decisions with ticket prices and sackings but they are doing it. They are making all the uncomfortable decisions that Glazers have´nt been able to. Open heart surgery hurts and so does marginal gains. I hate that people have to lose their jobs but that is what happens in all businesses that are´nt producing and delivering the results needed and that are poorly run. Why should United be any different. This all comes down to the f******ing Glazers. Same thing on the pitch. Open heart surgery. Sacrifice this season and make the changes that´s needed for the future. Hate it when watching the games but happy that the club is now doing what should have been done plenty of years ago. Big up INEOS and Amorim!
Talking about man utd is getting so boring. Same thing every season. "How do man utd improve" "who do they sign to improve". 😴
Man Utd are back to their mean average. Fergie escalated them to better than they are and now it’s all over.
INEOs are an embarrassment that they kept the Glazer’s at the club. These “footballing” men have got United to the worst spot they’ve ever been. Embarrassing
In terms that I mean in terms that with thst being said in terms that I say this. F.. K me.
de ligt has been one of our best players this season. media always have to hate on him for no reason
Scott was the biggest mistake they ever made. No one is more clutch like him in that team. All are average expect the man himself Bruno
It always makes me laugh united paid over 85 mil for antony, when they would've accepted 50 mill, but they were nervous another club was after him so they paid double the asking price
MANCHESTER UNITED MANCHESTER UNITED EVERY WEEK. NOBODY CARES. WHY DONT U GUYS DO THIS FOR OTHER CLUBS ITS ALWAYS UNITED
Man Utd young talent is so overhyped 😂
Funny manc accent on him
Need to start thinking of some new segments
Mason Greenwood is having an unbelievable season.. why is he not getting a mention anywhere 🤷
To everyone at my club who thinks that Elon Musk is the solution to fsg’s stinginess because they cannot see the world past the dollar signs their club splashes every transfer window: Ratcliffe at United is a literal blueprint for what Musk would do to Liverpool. Ratcliffe is effectively DOGEing United.
Liverpool can survive a few years is stingy owners until a good buy comes in, but the culture of this beautiful club will NEVER be able to survive Musk. This has nothing to do with my politics and everything to do with how Elon Musk treats his businesses. A football club is not a traditional business.
We paid 58 for Yoro? Wow… I didn't notice it
Nieve is great. Legendary knowledge.
