  1. I study at a university in Germany that has worked with some of the players of the national team (sport-medical research, prevention, and other studies) and it's hilarious what one of my profs said about Müller. It was something along the lines of "Noone knew what he was doing or how he was doing it – the statistics were against him – but it somehow worked."

  2. Great video but maby keep the "sensational whisper voice" a little down next time. Gets really anoying after a view minutes of whatching. (honest critique sorry if it sounds rude)

  3. German football is funny in the way that they somehow mastered the way of basic football.
No tricks, no magic on the ball.
Its just football at its very core, intelligent plays and a lot of discipline.
Look at Lahm or Neuer for instance. Lahm never got a single red card and Neuer got his first red last year near the end of his career.
Schweinsteiger too. That man was a basic footballer but WC Final vs Argentina and he plays with blood pouring out his face.
Even someone small like Kramer who got knocked out.
Klose as well, just a basic footballer but Brazils Nightmare.

  4. born and raised in munich now 23yrs old i got i touch with bayern very early ofc. never was a huge football fan but still watched a few matches from time to time. i remember a bit when müller first was in the mouth of everybody, i always said ''he plays like a peasant but is always at the right place''. müller era with robbery and then the lewandowski era. PRIME BAYERN. Great memories, really missing robbery and lewangoalski at bayern. it was such a beautiful team/lineup. Nowadays i feel like they totally forgot where they once were.

  5. Müller is an incredible leader on the pitch. Several coaches of the FC Bayern have tried to remove him from the team because his individual play had become very inconsistent as he got old, but they always regretted it because his leadership was that much of an upside. He also continues to score some of the most important goals in the history of FC Bayern and the German national team, he simply has a special knack for being in the right place at the right time to either score the 1:0 or the late, deciding goal.

  6. The part at 10:56 is incorrect. It was not Guardiola's first season when Bayern won almost everything, it was the Heynckes' last (not counting him coming in as an interim to "save" Bayern in 2017), the 2012/13 season.

  7. Damn Muller suffered a lot of disrespect. Kudos to him he still is happy and content. In my opinion he's one of the best players from germany and a legend for bayern. When I hear bayern muller is the guy that I think of.
