  1. Is that 0.99 the sum of the xG he misses? If so wouldnt it be more useful to understand his median or even mean xG per match he misses? If he's missing 10 attempts of 0.1 xG does it paint a different picture?

  2. I've said it before and I'll say it again – if Darwin has time to think about it, the shot is probably going to end up orbiting with the space station, but if it's instinctive – a la Brentford x 2! – he's very good! Remember when he was playing for Benfica against us?! He normally works VERY hard and moves the defence out of position, allowing other players scoring opportunities, but I doubt he'll EVER be another Haaland!

  3. Уверен на 1миллиард % что он играет не в своей команде! Его стиль характера явно смущён более талантливыми игроками остального Ливерпуля! Он зажат до сих пор☝️

  4. Thanks for this data. I remember Joelinton wasn't great as a striker but has since been undroppable after a positional change. Hopefully we give him an opportunity to come in from the left. He would strive.

  5. He's a team player. Epl is all about strength and physical, to win this league player like Nunez is really imp, though he doesn't perform to the expectation but he delivers what a player needs for a team to win.

  6. 1 lost in the league……against forest 3pt drop
The rest of the lost points drops were not that important like you said before.
    Champions league lost
Fa cup lost and the first leg of the league cup. So you can't really say, him not playing as made us drop or lost points.
Now let's look at the points drop whilst his been on the pitch……..l lost count. For the money paid for him and after three years you could only score 4 goals in the league is not really good enough.

  7. This is such a weird way to present the data. Apart from anything else, we’ve only drawn 7 this season (all in the premier league) so there can’t be 9 cumulative draws when he does/doesn’t start. It’s actually a 5/2 split not 7/2. Secondly, two of those defeats were when none of our first choice players were playing so are somewhat irrelevant (and three of the four defeats were in Cups so don’t = 9 dropped points). Presenting the data this way is a bit misleading, it’s like me saying, well we’ve got 17 wins with him not starting and 14 with him starting. It doesn’t tell the full story. Facts over feelings, sure, but get the facts right.

  8. I like Nunez, he has scored some brilliant goals for us but has also missed many. But he is still loved by the true Liverpool fans. We stand behind the players and like Michael Owen said the other day, scoring a goal looks easier than it is. A game is not just about scoring but it's also about getting possession back, forcing opponents to change direction due to being blocked, etc. So people have to realize the work rate he puts in

  9. My issues with nunez is beyond missing chances , I don’t see him as a football player . He some time not aware his arounding . Something mentally literally
