No he isn’t what Daizen does have is a desire and a work rate I would say I haven’t seen since Jackie Mac, as a striker he isn’t no where near the best, he’s not better than what Kyogo was or Giakomakis, he’s no better than Griffiths nor is he better than Hooper or Big Sammy. A very honest and very likeable hard working player none the less. This is almost as cringe and over the top as the huns with their antics of £50m players and the Ranjurs are coming.
Let’s be serious and sensible when having these conversations.
Can’t lie I really didn’t like maeda the first 2 seasons he was very rough around the edges, wasteful with the ball, however towards the end of last season and the start of this one he’s due a lot of credit, if he can just be consistent with his shots on target instead of row Z he could be in any team.

In the league alone Daizen Maeda has 8 goals and 7 assists, imo he has to get double digits in goals and assists in the league.
