Zidane is still learning, not everyone will be like guardiola or mourinho that have a style of play expected from their team, trust me if jovic was french he will be starting.
He doesn't like giving new talent chances, he gives a chance to "experienced players", average players shine under good management.
Compare
Lewandowski before Klops management and after
SALAH
STERLING under Pep, he is only good with complete players, that's why he did great while coaching CR7.
You can't have personal issues with players as a coach, he ends up playing out of form players just to show others "who's boss".
That's bad coaching
Zidane is a problem for real madrid he is not the good coach for this current squared of players
yes it does 🙂
Zizo
3 cl in a row 😃🤫
Liverpool Fc is not as good as we thought it was. Klopp is a magician. He puts players on a level of over performing. But now the club reached all goals minds are getting tired. It´s the same as it was Klopp managing Borussia Dortmund…
Harry Kane > dry cardboard > Ogden
I believe Zidane is a good coach but relying on Benzema and refusing to rotate the team will take him to his grave
He doesn't give chances to some promising players instead he's stuck with one option only. He should drop Benzema from his shoulders and think about the team
Jovic didn't have much playing time at Real Madrid, even when Benzema wasn't playing well. Zidane didn't trust him like he has trusted Hazard or Benzema.
Jiving was just a panic buy. They saw potential and didn’t want rivals clinching him. Yeah reminder that these questions come from viewers’ tweets. calm down it isn’t coming from these guys coming up with such stupid questions. 🙂
Ffs Steve’s monologues.. 😏
Zidane is a good coach but hes not using players like hazard correctly
Zidane might have win 3 ucls, call me ungrateful if you want.. but as a madrid fan i will tell you that he don’t know what he wants, request for players he don’t know how to use or develop.. its clear to see how the team he built is doing post ronaldo, camavinga and pogba that he didn’t get won’t change much. Hazard was better at chelsea, jovic better in frankfurt, odegaard better in sociedad, sold/loaned bunch of players, most of them young bcos he don’t know how to use them. Its clear as daylight to see
Zidane is not a bad coach, just a mediocre one.
No it means you shouldn’t expect players from Bundesliga to be good in better leagues lol
Ofcourse yes…. Because he rarely gives Jovic a chance and expects him to play like karim
zidan flag that serbian out , what does on in real team 0 goals.
Wins 3 Champions League because of Ronaldo, then wins La Liga because Barca are too weak
I think that he never fit in with the players. We saw how well Kostic and Jovic linked up instantly!
He isn't a bad Coach. I still wished he played him more . Especially when benzema isn't in form . Real doesnt have a striker .
At this point you can see Dan is frustrated to work here,he needs better pundits than Craig and Stevie
Lionel Messi didn't even become Argentina's Lionel Messi
But i think zidane is very standard in strategy.
he win 3 ucl cause the player is a world class in a top performance in a good age in that time.
Look now. the game is very bored, many player flopped. Too depends with ramos as a leader and bemzema for scoring goal. Create chances just only on crossing 😩.
I want the couch like ten hag, nagelsman, join to marid and replace zidane.
Mark Ogden is the most boring person I've ever seen
Comments about players failing at Madrid are just stupid. Loads of players have failed at every big club in Europe. The only reason it's more noticeable at Madrid is cos we sign more expensive players than almost every other club. Obviously that means the one's that flop are gonna be higher profile signings. It's basic logic. For every Ronaldo, there's a Kaka. For every Fernandes, there's a Pogba. For every Firmino, there's a Benteke. For every Coman, there's a Renato Sanches and for every Thiago, there's a Gotze. We operate at a higher price, so the losses and wins are higher. You think your local tailor records the same costs as Giorgio Armani? Some of you guys need to study business.
Zidane never has been a good coach barely was a good middle field player. Zidane good luck and his titles has to names CR7 & Navas. He won things because of them.
All of you commenting this and that … think of this … Its Real Madrid (arguably the best club in the history for football) when you make it to Real Madrid YOU EITHER HAVE IT … OR YOU DONT HAVE IT.. there have been plenty of great players who have came to the club… they just don't simply have what it takes to start for madrid
does Danny ings failure at liverpool mean klopp is a bad coach. what a dumb question
“I don’t buy that argument” – there’s no revenue from crowds!!!! Moron!
I think Real Madrid got to use to playing around Cristiano tbh. They have to change their playing style now that he is gone. Benz is also getting old so Zidane has to put their French connection aside and look for other forwards with potential
Mark Ogden could put a whizz head to sleep
Zidane to Jovic: Florentino wanted you here, but frankly, I'm in love with Benzema, you know, so I really don't know what to do with you. I've always said "we don't need another striker" (that would upset my friend Benzema!) Maybe I can loan you out. Your only chance of playing regularly is if Benzema dies.
Zidane was lucky enough to get in a polished team he hasn't built a team by himself so there are still question marks over his al round coaching ability
Really hard being a "world class coach" when you have world class players… There is more to it then just signing a superstar and telling him something he probably knows even better then him. He doesn't know what to do with the prospects, he sends them on loans for capable coaches to handle them and hopefully make something from them.
RM is the biggest club in the world yet they have a laughable amount of players made in their own club let alone one of them becoming a world class player. Zidan would never make it if he had to relay on inexperienced players or worked in a club that relays on selling young prospects.
He is a medíocre coach. He is just like the Brazilian coaches who have won worldcup with Brazilian seleção. Their job was to merely give out the jerseys and let the players do whatever they want to do. Does anyone remember who were the coaches when Brazil won the wolrdcups? That's the exact same think with Zidane, people only remember that Christiano Ronaldo was playing when Real won everything.
Jovic is not bad but I question schalke s defence , I mean jovics goals could have been avoided very easily
Zidane is a terrible coach Madrid should sack him coming from a Madrid fan
Werner and havertz are strugglong at chelsea it just happens that way sometimes
I love zidane
But its pretty obvious that he has his bias
And it makes sense because his bias is towards the 3 peat players and he trusts them more
It doesn't mean Zidane is a bad coach, it means the Bundesliga is weaker than the la Liga
Jovic is a bad player period. The guy is slow, cumbersome and his control of the ball is poor. Blaming his lack of talent on Zidane is just pushing it in my view
Poor man manager. In this day and age, you have to be as good as a man manager as you are tactically. Zinedine needs to get that done.
Stop blaming the players in real madrid already!
with all do respect to zidane, if you look at the players that he kicked out of real madrid and they succeded you see that zidane is to blame.
zidane is not good at developing young players. only few succeded under his management and it is only because they are too good for zidane to mess up.
It's easy to rave about the Zidane's the Guardiola's like they are the messia's of coaches which is what has been done over recent years while ignoring the fact that they have both had considerable resources at their disposal compared to the non "messia" like coaches. Quite frankly what this does is simply highlight how inept so many so called football "experts/pundits" trully are!
We don’t know, so many times great players have signed for real madrid shinking there careers.., you never know if you are gonna adapt yourself,..
So what happened here? Another falacia from ESPN? The time always shows the truth. Jovic wasn't a great signing but hopefully Real can get some money on the sale.
He never played 2 consecutive games , how tf do i expect him to replace Benzema when u not even giving him some time
