Most of you guys have never played futbol at a competitive level but talk and talk about these players like they are robots. A great coach listens watches and then speaks, tweaks, or adapts his system. Of course reinforces with players that suit his style but I also believe you need transitional players that can be molded in meantime until the squad gets up to the level desired by coach. Everyone expects to buy a top player and make an impact, if that was easy every team would save their season every year with a couple of simple transfers.
