Heres my problem. Ok, so he has a system and needs 'his' players for it. But what happens if he comes good, but down the line theres an injury crisis or he comes up against a team that have his system sussed out. Then what? All great managers have changed formation or tactics at some point. Wouldn't now be the time to experiment with that, since we've basically nowt to play for this season?
