      Imagine complaining about getting a coach that almost got you out of a group with Spain, Portugal and Morocco.
      Some people are ungrateful. The same people would go to the streets and celebrate if we make it out of the group.

      Thanks for the update , if I were an English or welsh would be pi$$ing in my pants! That’s great news, he is more of a defensive coach which is more practical for us.
      I think Scovic that got fired would not make a good assistant coach and would be a total distraction! I’m very happy our coach is back and deserves the second chance based on previous World Cup performance!🙏💡🏝⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️👍💪🤙🚀

      England & Wales do not have the slightest clue what is awaiting them in Qatar when they play against the Carlos Queiroz’s team. Carlos Q. & Mehdi Taj have also some scores to settle against their own critics at home by advancing Iran to the knockout stage. If I were England, I would watch the game between Iran & Scotland and watch what happened to the Scottish players when they were welcomed back with rotten tomatoes when they returned home. 🐆🐆🐆 🐆🐆🐆🐆

      I agree with you 100%!!! CQ is going to be great and as far as Dragan Skočić is concern it would have been a great idea to have him as the assistant coach for CQ! I don’t think he would have excepted it because of pride!

      Brother I appreciate your optimism, I know us Iranians are highly emotional people and it clouds are thinking sometimes….but do you think any other teams in this group is shaking because they have to play us? There is no surprise. England absolutely know we will park the bus all game. The US and wales know we will do the same but probably attack a bit more. We will not have the ball. We will kill ourselves playing defense, then send prayer balls toward taremi and azmoun hoping something will happen. Problem is they will be spent from playing defense too, not leaving much in the tank. We held ball possession in qualifying because the teams suck. In the WC we are lucky to string together 8 passes. You know our players will be diving all over the field faking injuries…but hopefully we do well and get some breaks. I'm ok with the 2 friendlies. Senegal will test our speed and fitness..which I think we were lacking against Algeria..and Uruguay is a highly skilled team which will present quality Iran has not faced in quite some time. Key I think for this team is fitness. Even the US has very fast players up front. Our midfield especially lacks pace.

      As an Iranian, we’re happy with Carlos . He knows Iran national team better than anyone else’s, and also he has great resume, I mean he was sir Alex Ferguson’s assistant ! Also Real Madrid head coach, Portugal national team and Egypt.
