Kasper Dolberg (Dan. Kasper Dolberg; born October 6, 1997, Silkeborg, Central Jutland) is a Danish footballer, striker of Nice and the Danish national team. Semi-finalist of the European Championship 2020.
Dolberg is a graduate of the Silkeborg club, where he has been training since he was 12 years old. On May 17, 2015 he made his debut in the Danish championship in a duel against Brøndby, replacing Ade Runseve in the 63rd minute. In total, at the end of the 2014/2015 season, he appeared on the field in three meetings.
Back in January 2015, he signed an agreement with Ajax, joining the new team only after the end of the season. He was brought in by the scout of the Scandinavian team, John Steen Olsen, who invited Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Viktor Fischer and Christian Eriksen to join Ajax. The first year he played for the youth team, since the 2016/2017 season he has been involved in the main team. In the summer of 2016, he extended his contract with the Dutch club until 2021. On August 7, 2016, he made his debut in the Eredivisie against Sparta, replacing Mateo Cassierra in the 77th minute.
On August 29, 2019, he transferred to the French “Nice”, the amount of the transfer was 20.5 million euros.
