  1. So disappointed with this podcast recently. A lot of pound shop coaches giving their dog dirt views. And you're pandering to them. Dreadful. Do better.

  2. Ange’s defence was spot on. Your rant against him and the players wasn’t. Glad to see you have recanted somewhat. Going on about tactical gaps doesn’t help in this context. What time has he had to work on these tactics in these circumstances?

  3. Thought you had been fairer in your latest comments but then came the buts. Sorry but the buts are minuscule in relation to the problems that Ange outlined. His critics should grow up!

  4. Shouldn't it be who the players prefer? Arsenal, Newcastle, Chelsea, Brighton, Man U, A Villa, W Ham, Brentford ie all the big clubs above Spurs?

  5. Sonny was only player pressing. It should be all players pressing together or not pressing and defending together well. Players were chasing ball here and there. Frustrating.

  6. BARNABY….only one comment to make….Plymouth clipped LIVERPOOL ….first team rested ?
All those anti-Ange doubters should now have a reality check….no players….shit results !

  7. Do our fickle fans know more than Joe Hart ? Joe Hart has played under many managers including Ange and he said Ange is brilliant, one of the best he's worked under.

  8. This evolution of Spurs was a 3-4 year project, initially, everyone was on board. However, after 19 months, and many losses, the whingers have come out wanting blood. Tottenham Hotspur is financially the best-run club in the UK. Levy has taken Spurs from an average club to one of the biggest football clubs in the world. But some Spurs fans want immediate results and can't wait until the end of the third year to see if the project is working. The Spurs board and Ange are building a team based on energetic quality youth, and this is where fans need to bide their time and wait for these players to develop – not expect immediate results. As for the injury crisis, it is what it is, and Spurs wouldn't be the first club to have suffered this fate. Spurs need to support the club and the players, otherwise, why would anyone want to play for the club that the so-called fans aren't willing to support!!

  9. The amount of times that balls were put through and Son didn't get on the end of any of them, it was a massive mistake putting him up front..Tel should have been playing up front.

  10. I’m sorry, some of these players have not been giving everything. Some can hold their heads high but others are a complete waste and have thrown away game after game. There is no way that losing virtually every game is the best the Premier League quality players can do.

  11. Maybe Romero doesn’t want to get hurt before his big Real Madrid move and is dogging it on his recovery- but Spurs don’t want to put this out in the media in case it lowers his price – so they call him ‘a slow healer’

  12. Mark-Tf1w is absolutely right. We need monsters in our CB spots. Just look at Rudiger, VVD, etc etc…. to win we need those types of players as well as full backs who just dominate. It takes money yes but also the WILL to make these types of choices for a winning team.
