As a villa fan i am excited for our new forwards and your lack of maddison but honestly cant see anything but you beating us. We still dont have a back line, Disasi is cup tied, Torres still out, garcia still unproven in the prem from secunda division in spain, not sure if mings is back who is poor with pace anyway. We are always good at gifting teams bounceback wins. Id love to be wrong but dont see it. UTV

Liverpool were absolutely brilliant. Why was this? Maybe because they had more rested players in a settled team, developed and refined over 5 years? Maybe also Sonny and Kulu are hopeless on the wings? Maybe our midfield is also hopeless? Maybe also our no.9 Solanke, the ideal hold up CF, is out? If you play this top top Liverpool team, at Anfield, with massive weaknesses in your team you are going to lose every time, whoever is the manager. So we need two good wingers (Moore and Odubert?) and two good mid-fielders to compliment Bergwall. If we had the Liverpool mid-field then many other problems become much less important.

We lack leaders. None of the players wanted it yesterday other than Spence and im not including the new signings and the young players but Son and others needed to hang their heads in shame. Enough of last night. Lose to Villa and Ange has to go. We needed a manager that can get the best out of this group of players which Ange clearly isn't doing. Too many excuses have been made. Big questions need to be asked. Why spend money on Tel when could of given Lankshear the game time instead. Why waste money on Kinksy when he is no better than Austin. We have to clear out a lot of players in the Summer. I have seen to much of these pathetic performances since Poch was sacked. Davies Bissouma Bentancur Son Johnson Richarilson can all go in the summer. Don't get me wrong Son is up there as one of my favourite players but he isn't the same player that he was. He isn't a leader. We have to bring in a better manager that can develop the young players and put some faith in these young players.
I want spurs to just focus on europa league now , keep our best players fit for it and in pl just avoid relegation

Players out for villa are, watkins, barkley, mings, torres, cash and onnana is 50 / 50, he came on against wolves after a month out and limped off at full time. The new guys are all fit from what I hear tho, but villas issues are at the back right now and disasi is cup tied from his game with chelsea.
Bissoma is really starting to pee me off, hes costing us with his lack of concentration, its time to move Archie in to the midfield, we have porro, Reggie and djed for left and right back positions, we definitely need kulu in the middle, gray , beni, then tel, son and mikey, lets just go at them.

I don't even watch the pre/post match anymore because it its unbearable. I cannot watch the obviously biased, agenda filled 'analysis'. 11 injuries, inability to rotate facing an inborn, fully fit Liverpool side and Liverpool being so far advanced of us in their squad building.
We need to allow Ange to ride out the storm, work hard towards the finishing 8th-11th and going far in the Europa League and prep for next season properly.
The narrative around Villa is very funny and I genuinely think it's because the manager is Spanish. If Ange was manager of Villa with a negative goal difference in the League and everyone would be slamming him. They have a horrendous defensive record yet no one speaks about it. It's nothing new. They conceded the same amount of goals as us this season and we were branded as being terrible defensively.
