Please please please stop calling these players the best players in blah blah blah. Kane may be top scorer in the Bundesliga but for crying out loud he is not the best player in that league, not even close. Foden is not the best player in the EPL and Bellingham is not and was not the best player in La Liga. You can argue that all day long but they simply were not. That said we have a fantastic group of players and if you play in a style that suits them in a formation that is balanced, then I believe we could do much better, not necessarily won anything but at least done it with flair.
As for Adrian saying he has made us a credible force in International Football is massively debateable. I doubt there are many managers of other teams that are scared to play us. I don't think our style of play has had many managers quaking in their boots!!

Look at Argentina. Messi with a stacked Argentina squad lost 6 International finals in about a 10 year period. They've won the last 3 (technically 4 with the Intercontinental title) they've played in with players that are inarguably inferior to what was once available all because they got a Coach who understood exactly what was needed to make use of strengths and limit their weaknesses. They beat Brazil IN Brazil, a stacked France side and now ANOTHER Copa America with an old Messi who was playing at about 50% of his abilities due to injuries. England needs a Scaloni. The perfect choice is obviously Klopp, but I don't think he'll take it.
