Im actually excited for this match up personally i think we should be able to beat them if we dont have any major injuries we have the second leg at home too so i think thats another advantage they aren't in the best of form and no Kyle walker to keep up with vini on the wing their defense aint that good at the moment also so im super excited for this one i am usually dreading these match up vs city but this time i can say we are the clear favorites hopefully the players dont let that get to their head

As a football fan I like this format coz we see many games. That's good. But for the teams of course not good idea. Many injuries overload etc…
With no Walker as full back city will struggle stopping in form Mbappe ,Vn and Rodrygo
I hope the front 4 outscores them. I don't really have much hope in Lucas Vasquez ar rb and Tchouameni as cb.
Personally,
I dont like the new format.
Too many games , players get injured.
It's also confusing.
About the draw, like you put it: a real test for us , to see where we really are.
They are much more beatable now, than a year ago.

This new format is awesome,old format was boring,groups were done after like 4 games and then sometimes you get to the SF and you haven't played anybody,that is def no more

Tchoumeni gets beaten as CB in the air too easily. He shouldn’t start as a CB. Maybe if Alaba is fit and ready to go then I think he should start. Still 20 days for him to get back in form. And then Asencio as RB.

I think Carlo should go a 4–4–1–1 formation because he needs his back four to be pressing when necessary in midfield and give the ball widespread to our counter attackers so he should go like this LB mendy, LCB rudiger, RCB raul ascencio, RB Fede Valverde, LM Vinicius jnr, LCM dani ceballos, RCM luka modric, RM rodrygo, ATM jude bellingham, CF mbappe, and always the back four should protect their midfielders when they lose the ball by quick recovery of the ball and also every player on the pitch should man mark every single player when we lose the ball, proper possession of thr ball then we get to create chances and score because u guys should know they are not going to leave their back for an easy counter attack defeat
If United won against this city, Real are slamming them
