  1. Greatest Canadian Coach ever! 🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦. Best of luck in Qatar to you John and the boys and the rest of the team staff. We are so PROUD! I will be watching on TV. I met you John when you coached the Women’s Team at FIFA Cup 2015! You liked my sign so much you signed it! GO CANADA GO! 🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦❤️🇨🇦

  2. Damn! Hearing the Cyle Laryn reason for wanting to play for Canada… it rings so true. I remember when my family arrived in Canada in 78, I started playing in a very well run, competitive, youth league, but by 18, there were no further divisions. Add to that the fact that there were no professional leagues, teams, or players to look up to, hell, there weren't even games on TV to watch one NASL folded. As a kid obsessed with the beautiful game in the Great White North, you really didn't have many options.

  3. I hope john convince david to go Newcastle. The most exciting project in world is there and he can be the main man at nufc for the next 10 years

  4. What a truly great coach. Clearly he has the team believing in him and so many Canadians truly enjoying the respect he has brought to our national teams. go Coach Herdman amazing job so far.

  5. A unique history maker. John Herdman has now taken both the Women's & Men's national teams to World Cups. Leading the women at the home world cup in 2015, and now the Men's team later this year. As an England fan, I wish Canada (Les Rouges) the best of luck. 🍁🍁

  6. Every time I hear Herdman speak I'm impressed — what a great manager for Canada to have at this time. I feel his personality has directly led to us having the likes of Eustachio sign on for Canada. Fantastic motivator and tactician.

  7. Man, I can't wait for a flood of behind-the-scenes content to come forth, both about the last 4 years and what comes next for this team and this coach and the whole organization. It is sooo interesting to hear about how the culture has changed and thrived.

  8. John – you need to focus on a win against Panama so that Canada lands in pot 3. Ghana and Mali came through for us, now you need to finish the deal!

  9. It sounds like someone had a couple well deserved celebratory adult beverages last night with the lads!!! Way to go John Herdman – your the man

  10. Unlike some "motivational" leaders, Herdman comes across like he really means and believes it. He's genuine. That'll come across tot he players too, and that's what matters.

  11. Best part about what Herdman has brought to this CAD side is fearlessness and an aggressive approach. I am a huge LIV fan, so I watch them weekly and can honestly say that Herdman's CAD side's patterns of play resemble LIV's more than any other club I've watched recently. That's a huge compliment. You can't play that way if you have fear. You can only play that way successfully if you have exceptional; fitness, desire, pace, AND skill. The CADs have all that and I predict they will surprise in Qatar.

  12. JOHN HMan is the best Coach in the World. He lifts our Canada 🇨🇦 hope, and dream big, and let us feel we can make it. We Believe. We are going to the World Cup 2022.
