Josh Sargent is back and scored two crucial goals as Norwich City thumped Swansea 5-1 at Carrow Road.
Despite a flat first-half, City moved through the gears to produce an important three points to respond to consecutive defeats to Sheffield United and Leeds earlier in the week without recording a shot on target.
Join host Connor Southwell and a front three of Paddy Davitt, Sam Seaman and Adam Harvey to reflect on a fine afternoon in NR1.

In fairness guys, I think most fans would have a more measured reaction if they had to deliver a 90 minute podcast in a professional capacity.
Can only speak personally but I think we can make the playoffs with the current squad, so that's where the expectation bar should be.
Without Sargent, Sainz and Nunez, next season could be as tough if not harder, so no time like the present.
Enjoyed the 2nd half of game, bored to tears first half. For a possession based team, why do we launch the ball in for every corner; why not some imaginative short corners, retaining possession. Swansea did this once and nearly scored from the cross. Only 2% of corners lead to goals – 2 in 100. Could one of the boys ask JHT why we don't have more variation as his philosophy is to keep the ball. Great analysis for Pad & co.
I was watching from home, fell asleep at 2-1! Clearly, we need another goal scorer when Sargent is out! We are taking a big risk expecting him to stay fit, for the remainder of the season. The problem is, who is going to come here and sit on the bench when Sargent is fit? This is of course assuming we don’t try and get a striker from the lower leagues maybe, it might be the only answer in this situation.
It was a great game I was there I thought well witnessed a couple of mistakes Shane Duffy they need to talk to each other communicate
Can we go and do it against Watford? Ask the question, yes
I have to agree with Paddy. The game is scored on the basis of goals, and in order to have goals you need to take shots. To suggest otherwise is basically finding a rationalization for poor performances. Think of a basketball game in comparison. Obviously, the scoring volume is different, but can you imagine a basketball team not taking any shots?
Negativity after a 5-1 win… jesus christ..
I’ve been critical of Josh Sergeant‘s basic foot skills (i.e. he kind of has two left feet), but there is no denying his very strong center forward play. He gives Norwich very good striker movement and very good striking options that no other player on the team can offer. Let’s hope he stays fit!
I think the dead atmosphere comes from the general feeling that this season is just a write off. Feels like the club and the fans are just waiting till next season.
You lot baffle me you say that we only got the result because Swansea folded and gave up yet you then go on to praise players for an outstanding performance like they changed the game ? No offence but you lot don't know football typical media crap
Crnac has made great space runs passes ect but the team have been lost without sargent
Sainz became a front man because teams didn't mark him but once he's been marked he's not scored not assisted and then banned we have a journeyman in marcondes he's been great but Swansea proved sargent is top quality
Dobbin won't get in ahead of sainz due to his chemistry with sargent and now have a big money jurasek to fit in he ain't came here to be benched also we ain't signed him knowing he can't play till February unless we aim to start him
Lucien started because Ben is crap and jht is building for a title campaign next season and we won't have doyle
He's being gentle with cordoba because he's the main man at cb next season
And Oscar is going to play top top football soon far too good but homesickness is clear
How can they show they are improving if they finished 6th last season but now 12th to 8th ? What planet are you on
