My criticism of Harry Maguire was loud, so he deserves this video from me. At a time where we're questioning the mental fragility of this United squad, think Maguire has turned into an example under Amorim others can follow. Fair play Maguire. He's more of a leader now without the armband than he ever was with it.
I remember when he made a mistake when onana newly arrived, onana screamed at him like he himself is perfect,because Maguire was already a laughing stock. But maguire has become an example of resilience. Lesson learned: When life throws things at you ,don’t give up “maguire” it

Maguire's future beyond this season? Surely a limited one at best. Amorim said a few days ago that Maguire is a low block defender. Therefore, he is unlikely to be in Amorim's long-term plans wanting the team to press high.
Should the club spend another record amount on a center back again, hopefully they have learned from their mistake and buy one without a huge physical flaw that opponents frequently try to expose.
No hate on Maguire, he's giving the best he can give. The team are still leaky in defence though!
i remember watching him at hull city, the way he would take the ball out of the defence and just go forward with it. it was like i was like playing fifa and doing that with a defensive player. i just always enjoyed the hard work. he makes mistakes like any other player, and sure he looks clumsy at times, but thats also because of the way he is built. it is actually impressive how athletic he can be. i felt bad when people were so harsh with him. theres one thing to criticize a player, theres another to just spew hate towards a human being. it was not about him redeming himself. it was about the rest learning a lesson. be a decent human being and don,t cross the line.

I disliked him so much that I called him names because he wasn't getting dropped or taken out of the limelight when we was so poor.
I later realized that it's the manager's job to take a player out of that limelight, thanks to ETH.
However Harry has earned my massive love and respect. He's a professional example almost every player should look up to.
I'm his biggest fan now. I'll back him till he's gone in probably a couple of years time

You have to give Maguire credit. Was ridiculed, mocked and laughed at. Had death threats and abuse and stripped of the captaincy and deemed surplus to requirements. Instead of giving up, he put in the grind to win back the fans he lost during his dark times with good performances. He may not be the guy to win us the Premier League title but we can't fault his professionalism and hard work to get back to favour at Manchester United. I have to hold up my hands and say well done Harry Maguire.
But what Rashford does?? He uses his PR team to increase his salary and earn some fanbase. Nothing more significant to the pitch. So this is why he should leave for ever as soon as possible.

I have so much time and respenct for Harry Maguire. He was good for his 1st 2 years for us (which people forget) then had a shaky 18 months and became a target for so much vitriol. It wasn't just criticism of performances and attitude like it is with Rashford, it became very personal.
The mental strength he has shown to come back from that is incredible. If players with the talent of Rashford had that same mentality as him, we wouldn't be in the position we are now.
He might not have been the £80m player we all hoped for (price tag not his fault), but his attitude and mentality make him a United player!
I put my hands up to. I was one criticising Maguire felt he had to leave the club. I’m so glad he didn’t now. his mental strength is very strong. 9/10 players would had have to leave to get back to the level his showing us this season. The amount of criticism he was receiving would have ended most players careers. Hats of to him he is a born leader I pray for the best for him and his family. Lastly the ones that threaten his home with a bomb should be arrested and charged under the terrorism laws. Maguire a proper Man Utd player. Thank you and sorry Maguire. ❤
