Unlucky the villa
Kudus has been atrocious this season
Alvarez is our new Repka 🤣
How martinez won best keeper is absolutely mind-boggling. The guy makess mistake after mistake
Quaestion have to be asked, shocking game..
brentford fans were embarrasing…pathetic
A poor performance from Villa. Started great then totally switched off. No great ideas when moving forwards and too much tippy tappy in the Villa goal mouth causing themselves major problems! Must do better.
Credit to West Ham who kept working and earned. Great goal.😎🇬🇧
Lets just hope Celtic an do West Midlands football a favour. Come on the Hoops. 😂😂
WTF so lewis skelly gets a red ansd that is not even a yellow wtf
West Ham were excellent the second half, will be a force once Bowen and Summervile are back ⚒️🫡
So many 🤡 villa fans, saying the ref was on westhams side, did they forgot they got away with that obvious pen, both hands on paqueta and pulled him back lol, bias much
A good point away at Villa but probably deserved to win it in the end, small improvements under Potter but Villa looked really out of sorts,European games look like they’re taking a toll.
Villa have found this season tough going with playing in the UCL and they’ve got a decent squad with quality in depth. Thats why qualifying two seasons in a row is hard for most sides.
With the VAR for violent conduct how come the cheat wasn't booked for simulation? Disgusting and craven.
Ref had a howler. That’s a penalty for Paqueta; Alvarez should’ve been sent off; and Mings should’ve been booked for catching the ball because his knee hurt.
Villa done out here. Not in the same league as the big boys as all there fans make out👌
Villa are always shite
Celtic gonna walk all over them Wednesday
I just love seeing the sort of cross that Alvarez put in for that Emerson West Ham goal. Those crosses are the reason most people respect Trent Arnold, and the reason Liverpool are always winning when teams play the defensive low block on them. Only Tierney has that ability for us at Arsenal but he is always injured and would be leaving at the end of this season.
❤
Villa have found their level.
I think there is a gravity problem at the villa ground. Explains why their players keep falling over.
How can these claim to be highlights but didn’t show the 2 disallowed goals 😂
Unlucky Villa, on to the next game!💜💙
The Aston Villa player's head clearly went into Alvarez's elbow as Alvarez went into him elbow first. Lucky Alvarez didn't injure the elbow.
That challenge at the end would have definetley been a second yellow if it was an Arsenal player
Hope Alvarez elbow is OK. Visious headbutt by Aston Villa player onto Alvarez elbow.
Villa still doing better than Spurs and they say it's harder in the Prem if you're competing in Europe as well.
Least its beta than when j lo was in charge no offence😂
“Best goalkeeper in the world” Martinez strikes again
I'm confused….if a player is going down, it's being checked by VAR and it's clear simulation then why isn’t there a book for simulation. Villa have played West Ham twice in the last couple of weeks and Paqueta has simulated in both of them. Start booking players for this nonsense and eventually players will stop faking it.
We can beat them 🇮🇪🍀
Are Villa fans confident about beating Celtic on Wednesday? What sort of form are Villa on atm?
1:23 so you’re allowed to elbow the opponent in the stomach? How is that not violent conduct? 😂
Oh why couldn't Duran come on at the start of the 2nd half I'm sure the result would of been different. The draw was bad yet the commentators were even more poorer as well. Oh well roll on weds champions League with Celtic
What a bunch of Poofs the modern day Footballer has turned in to.
Slightest touch now and down they go, like they have been shot, it is all getting so boring.
I am never quite sure if they are looking for a free-kick, or that Best Ham Actor of the Year Oscar.
I would also love to know what aversion a Ref has, that when a Player commits a foul that deserves a 2nd booking, they wont give it, because they have already booked that Player… So what?!!
If it deserves a second, give him the yellow and then the red.
Lets face it, if he had not already booked Alvarez, he would have done then.
I also do not see the point of giving a Manager a touchline ban.
There was Emery, sitting in the stands, an Assistant was there, phone in hand, communicating Emery's orders and that covering his gob up with an envelope was fooling no one.
Emery was like a really bad Ventriloquist, we still saw your lips moving mate
If a Manager is going to get a touchline ban, then ban them from the Stadium.
All in all, in some cases, Football is turning into more like a Shakespearian Tragedy and less like a game of Football.
Alvarez should've been sent off we were robbed
If mings is knackered then Monchi needs to pull a rabit outta a hat
Alvarez should've been sent off! Pacqueta is a constant cheat – disgraceful play acting. Tries to get a fellow professional sent off. Hideous bloke! Did the same in the Cup tie at Villa pretending Konsa had elbowed him in the face 😏. Refs need to get wise to him, though the ref last night was a joke of how to lose control of a game.
Martinez is only good at penalties and people wanna call him best in the world he’s Just good that’s it
Shouting a players name when they shoot is not commentary
Lucas Paqueta, like a lot of Brazilians, can be a real play actor but when he's at his best, as commentators have said, he can still put in a great performance. What I find appalling is that it's now coming up to three years since those betting allegations were first made yet neither the FA nor anyone else has come up with any hard factual evidence or proof to confirm his guilt. No wonder he hasn't been at his best in all that time, though it was nice to see him score a couple of goals recently. Evidently the betting charges will be dealt with in March, so we'll see what the FA finally comes up with then. I like Lucas so I hope they're dismissed!
with a proper striker and without Cresswell, Soufal we should have been 1-4
You boys spent yourselves holding Arsenal to a draw! And it shows.
Can't understand how Alvarez didn't get a second yellow there at the end…
Glad Alvarez didn’t get sent off, he’s just a physical player. Good decision ref!
Villa fan here.Another poor performance from Villa.West Ham were not good either.Paquetta is a fine player, but he spends so much time rolling around, trying to get players sent off. This behaviour is embarrassing and it would only take a yellow card to stop it.
Great game for the neutrals, Villa remain a fine team under Emery ,maybe competing in Europe's taking the edge off their league form at little, good to see Potter getting the Hammers playing better despite a few injuries.
