In this drill, four players maintain possession against four opponents, supported by three neutral players: two on the ends and one inside. The goal is to develop ball retention and quick transitions. When possession is lost, the game flows continuously as the team without the ball presses to regain it. A perfect exercise for teams to enhance control, intensity, and tactical awareness!
