These refs are being paid off 100% Far from the first time this season a flat out insane decision targeted at arsenal alone but today with no excuse more than ever a straight red card. That means VAR have the power to overturn it and yet the full VAR team looked at that footage and STILL decided it was a straight red card?????

Absolutely a red card. Arsenal fan and that was late, intentional and those tackles are how you potentially ruin someone's ankle. Could argue it was harsh but red card shouldn't be dependent on whether a player gets really hurt, at least 3 bookable offences in one foul
I don't know what's worse, the fact that Michael Oliver gave a straight red card for a run-of-the-mill late challenge, or the fact that he then gave only a second yellow card out for a NEAR-IDENTICAL challenge by a Wolves player, suggesting he does actually know the rules but just sent off the Arsenal player anyway.
Have seen a few iffy ones against us over the years but that was a joke and VAR even looked at it makes it worse
